WHO?

• All natural competitors who are eligible to compete under WNBF drug testing rules (polygraph testing is mandatory for EVERY athlete; make sure to have read the banned substance list)
• Anyone who has a valid WNBF Germany e.V. membership (or a membership of a WNBF partner affiliate if you are located elsewhere - check the qualification rules of your country)

* The WNBF Germany reserves the right to adjust weight classes based on the number of entries or may add more classes in order to provide a fair and balanced competition*

WHEN?

• Saturday, November 4th 
• between 9am and 4pm
• no weigh-in for BB at the check in time
• BB MUST weigh in on Saturday, Nov 4^th  between 4pm-7pm (No exceptions!)

• Please bring your ID
• MP, Fitbody, Figure, Bikini classes are measured for height
• BB athletes will be weighed in between 4pm and 7pm
• Opportunity to buy backstage passes

 

 

DRUG TESTING

POLYGRAPH TESTING

• EVERY ATHLETE HAS TO DO A POLYGRAPH TEST IN ORDER TO COMPETE
• Where? Loisachhalle Wolfratshausen
• When? Thursday, Friday and Saturday before by appointment
• Start of the appointment scheduling and more information by e-mail after receivement of the registration 
• The polygraph test will be conducted in English. If you need assistance, please tell info@wnbf-germany.de in advance
• Bring your ID
• Bring your medical certification (if needed)
• Bring the fee of 80€ for the polygraph
• Arrive 15 minutes before your assigned time
• If you passed a polygraph test with a WNBF affiliate within 8 weeks before November 5^th, it is valid for us. Please send the confirmation to info@wnbf-germany.de
• It is mandatory to pass. If you don’t pass, you are not eligible to compete. Here is a friendly reminder to read the doping list again.
   

URINE TESTING

• Winner of each class gets urine tested directly after finals
• There is absolutely no contact allowed until test is done otherwise the WNBF Germany has the right to disqualify the athlete
• Athletes will be accompanied by the WNBF Germany staff to the testing area
• The urine test is being guarded by WNBF Germany staff

SCHEDULE

RUNNING THROUGH FORMAT

• Start TBD
• Show times are being communicated after the registration deadline
• BB classes will be judged in the symmetry round and mandatory poses
• MP, Fitbody, Figure, Bikini will be judged in quarter turns
• BB Top 5 shows posing routine
• Every athlete in MP, Figure, Bikini shows his/her walk
• Posing routines and walks are mandatory

Overall

• BB Juniors and BB Masters are not eligible to compete in the overall unless they are registered in the BB Open Class and win it
• Each Overall Winner earns the WNBF Pro Card*

 

Jury

• International WNBF judges from Switzerland, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany
• General rule without exception: Judges who have clients, relatives, close friends on stage are not allowed to judge the class

 

*Athletes from WNBF affiliates have the opportunity to compete with the WNBF Germany, but are subject to the rules and obligations of their country’s federation

 

 

 

MUSIC

• Only for BB athletes
• not relevant for MP, Fitbody, Figure, Bikini 
• 30-60 Seconds as mp3 format to info@wnbf-germany.de
• Format: Last name, first name
• Please do not send a link to a youtube video, it will not be played
• Deadline: October 16^th, 2022
• Each BB athlete has to be prepared to show his/her routine --> TOP 5 shows routine
• BE CREATIVE!!!!!!

Other information:

• We don’t allow dream tan or messy oil based tans (no Dream Tan) → please respect that in terms of the location
• We may ask you to rinse off if you still apply prohibited products- please follow our rules and avoid the stress
• Tanning times and other organizationa are directly coordinated with PRO TAN
• All damage due to tans (hotels, etc.) are subject to the athlete, not WNBF GERMANY and need to be paid by the athlete

 

 

BACKSTAGE

• Because we need to guarantee enough space in the backstage area, we are only selling 1 backstage pass to each athlete
• Backstage passes include the entry to the auditorium and backstage area
• Backstage passes are only being sold at the registration
• Please bring you own pump up equipment
• Please tidy up after yourself when you leave
